RETURN POLICY

If your item is damaged, please e-mail us photos and discuss how we can fix the problem. We do offer refunds, if you return the item within three days of delivery and with a tracking number for accessories.

*If you decided to cancel your order before shipping, we will send a full refund minus transaction fees.

TAXES / IMPORT / CUSTOMS FEES

We do not offer refunds on custom pieces or pieces from our shop if you refuse customs causing your piece to be shipped back. Please be aware that we are not responsible for researching import costs for your item or any additional import fees incurred when accepting your package. Be sure to research all import fees associated with your location as these are charged separately through the carrier. And as such, are not included in your checkout price.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Firefly Path is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

We cannot provide refunds for electronic files that are purchased.

YOU MAY…

  • Alter Firefly Path designs and patterns to fit the needs of your personal project.

  • Use Firefly Path images to promote a design.

YOU MAY NOT…

Resell Firefly Path designs. By purchasing my files, you agree that you will not resell any part of them. Resale of Firefly Path files is absolutely prohibited. No elements from the files may be resold.

Custom Orders

COST

Firefly Path garments & accessories range from $45.00 - $15,000.00 USD (or possibly more depending on labor, materials, and the level of detail.) Our couture gowns start at $3,000.00 USD

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time ranges from 2 to 5 months, so please plan ahead! Also understand that each garment we make is unique, ensuring that every customer receives a "one of a kind" item. Therefore, if you request something we have already made, or a replica of existing works, know that some elements will differ from the original.  If you are looking for an exact or screen-accurate replica, we are not the right company to commission.

RETURNS

We do NOT accept Returns or issue Refunds. Because of the personal, intensely customized nature of the products we offer, we can not accept returns or exchanges.

We want to assure you that our quality is guaranteed – if for some reason you are unhappy with the item you received, please contact us and we will try to fix the problem for you.

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail ( 2 – 5 days delivery depending on location), for International orders we prefer UPS or Fedex. Insurance is available upon request. Any other shipping methods accepted upon request

Please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may be incurred when accepting your package delivery. Firefly Path is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

PAYMENTS

After you submit your form, we will notify you if we can accept your commission at this time, and we will quote you a price. All quotes reflect the Firefly Path standard of supreme quality. When you are ready to place your order, we will send you the Firefly Path Bridal Contract, which will ensure you will receive your dress on time and we will receive your payment(s) on time.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit/debit cards, via PayPal or Venmo.

For orders totaling over $3,000.00, a payment plan can be set up, upon request. In this case, you have the option of paying through 3 (three) installments (unless otherwise specified). 1/3 as the first down payment, 1/3 during the creation of your project, and 1/3 upon completion. If your order is over $5,000.00 you have the option of paying through 5 (five) installments.

Please note that we do not ship until all commission and shipping fees have been paid in full

Custom Order Sketches

We accept payment only through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay a PayPal invoice. All payments must be made before work begins.

You will receive your high-res sketch twenty business days from the date you pay the invoice. We do not accept payment plans for sketches.

If you decide to commission us to make your gown, we will deduct the amount of the sketch from the cost of your final gown price!
