Skirt - The skirt is crafted from a single layer of 100% Silk Charmeuse, which lends it a graceful, fluid quality. Beaded Bolero with attached Sleeves- Ploy Chiffon sleeves cascade to the floor suspended from a bubble bead bolero. Velvet ribbons wrap and tie around the upper arm.
